Question by cook81_06: If the restaurant I worked at files bankruptcy, can i sue for unpaid wages?
They shut down and possibly filed bankruptcy, but they did not pay anyone for the hours the had worked.

You file a claim in the bankruptcy case. Unpaid wages get top priority before any other creditors are paid.
